  • 2 Idaho Russet potatoes
  • olive oil
  • Italian seasoning
  • heart-shaped cookie cutter


Prep: 20 Minutes; Cook: 20 Minutes

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Slice potatoes into large rounds with a knife or mandolin
  • Cut rounds into heart shapes with cookie cutter
  • Combine potatoes, olive oil, and Italian seasoning and toss to coat
  • Bake at 450 for 20 minutes or until crisp
  • For best results, bake at 450 for 10 minutes and then flip the potatoes and bake for an additional 10 minutes
