EZ Scalloped Potatoes

This creative potato dish is made up of delicious layers of potatoes, a garlic cream sauce, and mozzarella cheese. It comes out hot and bubbling and ready to be dug in to!




  • Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Russet Potatoes
  • Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Seasoning Packet
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 T garlic
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ t pepper
  • 2 C mozzarella cheese


Prep: 20 Minutes; Cook: 70 Minutes

  • Melt butter in pan. 
  • Add garlic and saute until fragrant (about 1 minute). 
  • Whisk in the milk and bring to a boil until it begins to thicken. 
  • Stir in Easy Creations Garlic Parsley Parm Seasoning Packet. 
  • Reduce heat to LOW. 
  • Lightly grease a baking pan with cooking spray. 
  • Slice potatoes into thin rounds either by hand or with a mandolin. 
  • Arrange a layer of potato slices into the bottom of the baking dish. 
  • Pour half of the garlic cream sauce over the potatoes. 
  • Sprinkle 1 C of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. 
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. 
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  •  Remove foil and cook for another 30 minutes.
